The Future of Publishing (cont.)

Anyone who's been following my BLOG's is aware that I think a dramatic shift is coming in the future of publishing, and it might happen even quicker than I thought. In the past, I posted draft portions of my entire study on the future of publishing. I've decided to make it available for free and will try and post it in it's entirety on my BLOG's. The reason I'm opening it up for free distribution is because certain events validate the study and as I said, I think certain elements will happen quite a bit quicker than posed in the study.

The technology and public embracement of the new technology that will do for publishing what the CD and digitization of music did to the music industry. The road is being paved to open up the author directly to the consumer without the need of the publishing giants. It all becomes a matter of marketing,
